About BF Echo started in 2006 operating LOB diving in Southern Andaman Sea, Thailand and Gulf of Thailand with partners from Malaysia and Thailand. In 2008, with partners from Malaysia and Indonesia, we built our own boat for LOB cruises to Komodo National Park. BF Echo is owned by Pheng, an ex-civil servant with passions in diving, nature and learning. He is a scuba diving instructor (PADI #484998) and has been diving for more than 20 years. He speaks English, Chinese and Japanese; and holds a BSc(Eng), MSc(Tech) and Grad Diploma (Organization Learning).
