Package Includes:

  • Return land transfer from Tawau Airport to our Private Jetty at Semporna (85 mins).
  • Return boat transfer between Semporna Jetty and  Sipadan-Kapalai Resort.
  • Accommodation on a twin/triple sharing basis on the Resort.
  • 3 boat dives daily except on arrival and departure days
  • Unlimited dives in front of Kapalai dive centre
  • Guided dives around Kapalai and Mabul.  Surcharge and permit fee for Sipadan diving not included.
  • Fresh Food Cooked by our Chef on buffet style.
  • Afternoon snacks served after 3rd dive.
  • Tea/Coffee, Cold Water and Cordial served throughout the day.
  • Tanks, Weight and Belt are provided.
  • No extra charge for night dives in front of dive centre for divers with certified night dive experience.
  • Limited dive gears are available for rental.

 

Boat Schedule:

     Semporna to Kapalai - 9.30 am; 12 noon and 3.30 pm

     Kapalai to Semporna - 6.00 am, 11.00 am and 1.30 pm

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Reservation/Deposit/Full Payment.

Reservation should be made at least sixty (60) days in advance.

A non-refundable deposit of S$300/person is payable upon confirmation of package.

Full payment must be made at least thirty (30) days before departure date.

 

Late Bookings.

Late bookings less then thirty (30) days before departure will be accepted subject to availability of accommodation.

Full payment is required upon confirmation for all late booking.

 

Accompanying Children and Infants.

50% of the non-diver package price will be charged for children between 3 – 12 years old sharing rooms with the accompanying adults. 

There is no package for infants between 1 – 3 years old.

 

Package Price Excludes.

Diving equipments & gears.

Beverages and meals not specified in the tour itinerary, laundry, room service, airfare and item not mentioned or specified in Packages.

 

Extension Stay.

Extension Night Stay is permitted subject to the accommodation availability.

 

Cancellation Charges/Refund.

After commencement of service, no refund, in part or full, will be given for services included in the package program which have not been utilised.

 

In the event of cancellation after deposit and full payment, the following will apply:

a) From 29-16 days before arrival date - 30% of the trip's full price forfeited

b) From 14 days to arrival date - 50% of the trip's full price forfeited.

c) From 7 days to arrival date - 75% of the trip's full price forfeited

d) "No show" by customer - 100% of the trip's full price forfeited

Note: amount refunded will be after minus bank charges/card transaction charges and 10% administrative charges.
