§          We (the operators and LLIR) shall not be liable nor responsible for any changes in scheduled flights, or missed connections due to whatsoever reason. 

§          We are also not liable for any and all non-utilization of services due to acts of God or Force Majeure.  

§          We assume no liability for lost or stolen personal belongings during the length of trip.

§          All guests are advised to purchase their own travel insurance if necessary.

 

Booking Terms and Conditions:

ü        To confirm your seat, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment will be required 6 weeks prior to departure.  If full payment is not received as stated, the seat will be released for sale and no refund of the deposit will be given.

ü        When booking, please provide the following information:

§          Full name as per passport, passport number , gender and nationality

§          Flight details to and from Kota Kinabalu

§          If you do not intend to stay in LICH, to provide your hotel name and contact in KK.  No refund for the one-night stay in LICH will be given.

§          Body weight for the KK-LyLy flight allocation planning.

§          Copy of your Malaysian, Singapore or Brunei employment pass, if you are not a holder of these countries’ passport.  The validity of the Employment Pass must cover the period of the trip.
